ClockOn Pty Ltd, (ABN 83 095 696 049), was registered in 2001. This followed the awarding of a Federal Government Start Grant to research and develop an affordable, fully integrated payroll and HR solution for small and medium business. The project was commissioned with the specific objective of delivering reduced costs and improved productivity. In 2004 the product was awarded a Consensus Software Award for innovation and functionality. The company’s development offices are located at Umina on the NSW Central Coast, one hour north of Sydney.

	Graham Mylne
		In the early 80’S, Managing Director Graham Mylne commissioned the first Radiology Information System in Australia. Named Medisys, the product was subsequently taken over by Kodak. In the early 90’s, Dr Mylne set out to develop a PC based Enterprise Agreement for his private medical practice, the software for which became the ClockOn prototype. The Enterprise Agreement was registered in 1995 and the innovation patented in 1997. Dr Mylne is a consultant radiologist at Gosford Hospital.
	LNV Samy
		Lakshminarayanan Vaidyanathasamy (LNV Samy) is Vice President, Unisys Software Systems and Technology, responsible for research, development and support of the Unisys Enterprise Applications Environment in South East Asia. He manages offices in Sydney, Bangalore and Shanghai and travels extensively to Europe, Asia and the United States. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Madras, Master of Technology in Software Engineering from Macquarie University and a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management. He is a Member of the Australian Computer Society, American Society for Quality and the IEEE.

Michael Banks

Michael is the Managing Director of the DRB Group - a professional services firm located in Wollongong, NSW. Prior to joining the DRB Group, Michael had a 15 year career in management consulting in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Michael's specialties included organisational reviews and restructures; performance measurement systems; performance management/pay systems; industrial relations; and general management advice. Michael has consulted to some of Australia's most well known corporations including Amcor, AMP, Australian Rail Track Corporation, Energy Australia, ACI Glass (Owens-Illinois), The Crane Group Ltd and Capral Aluminium.

Michael holds an Honours degree in Economics from the University of Sydney and a Masters in Strategic Management (with Distinction) from the University of Wollongong. He is a professional member of the Australian Institute of Management, the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management, and the Industrial Relations Society of Australia.

David Mylne

An economics graduate of the University of Sydney with wide experience in commercial leasing management, David has held positions with several local and overseas companies including Jones Lang Wootton, Lend Lease Corporation, and Healey and Baker (UK and Portugal). He is currently a senior property manager with Colonial First State Property, based in Sydney, NSW.
