All single-ABN businesses with up to 20 employees can use ClockOn Payroll and STP for free. The Free version has limitations, the main one being a cap on the number of STP submissions (27) after which time the customer can transition to a different software or they can upgrade to our paid version and become what we call a micro subscriber. Cost of upgrade depends on headcount.
Package pricing based on brackets has been removed for all upgrades subsequent to 13 October 2021. Micro customers will now pay the normal Payroll subscription rate of $2/employee/month (minimum of $10 applies, billed annually at $120 per annum). Customers can choose to pay monthly but due to the additional admin required, that will be charged at $12/month.
Customers using the free windows software that choose to move their software to the cloud at the time of their upgrade can do so for the normal cloud hosting rate of $0.50/employee/month PLUS a one-off migration fee of $85.

Support is limited to one nominated customer contact only.
Number of support calls is limited to 26 calls per 6 months (equivalent to 1 call per week). Calls in excess of 26 may be chargeable (left to the discretion of support officer).
Support calls generally are not expected to exceed 15 mins. Support calls above 15 mins may be chargeable as training or professional services (left to discretion of support officer). Issues where a system error is shown on the screen will not be counted towards the 15 min time limit.
Response times will vary depending upon the demand. Customer may be requested to leave a voicemail if we are unable respond to your call on time. All voicemails will be logged and responded at the earliest available opportunity.
Customers can purchase a 6 month package for $100. When purchasing this 6 month package, they can opt in for an auto-renewal at $90/6-months. Alternatively, they can opt for an ongoing monthly subscription of $15 per user, per month (minimum 6 month term applies).
