We’re writing to let you know that support for ClockOn Desktop Micro is scheduled to end on 30 June 2027.

Over the coming months, Desktop Micro customers will progressively be invited to migrate to ClockOn Online. 

Ongoing payroll compliance, STP and security requirements, together with the limitations of older desktop technology, mean we are transitioning Desktop Micro customers to ClockOn Online. 

ClockOn Online provides a modern cloud-based platform that removes many of the manual processes associated with desktop software, including local backups, software installations and update management.

What this means for you:

• Your current Desktop Micro subscription will continue through to 30 June 2027 unless you migrate earlier

• There is no immediate disruption to your current service

• Migration assistance and support options will be available

• Existing payroll and employee data can be migrated into ClockOn Online

The migration process generally includes:

• Reviewing your current setup
• Migrating employee and payroll data
• Configuring your online environment 
• Testing payroll before going live

Many customers are also using the move to Online to simplify payroll processing, reduce manual handling and get access to "Payday" superannuation compliance and cloud-based payroll access. 

 To help ensure preferred migration timing and implementation availability, we encourage customers to begin transition discussions well before the sunset date (end of June 2027).

 This transition remains subject to your existing Master Services Agreement and applicable product terms.
