If you no longer need ClockOn to process payroll but need to retain your data, suspending your account is a convenient option to retain access to your data.

Suspend your Subscription

Retain access to your existing ClockOn database after the grace period to access reports and historical data for audit, record-keeping or other purposes.

One month's notice is required to cancel the single-user licence subscription. ‌
Database can be hosted on the ClockOn servers for an additional fee.

1-10 licenses:$5.50 (plus $5.25 if hosted)
11-50 licenses: $10.50 (plus $5.25 if hosted)
50+ licenses: $21 (plus $10 if hosted)

Cancel your Subscription

Your software will remain active and operational until the end of your current billing cycle. Followed by complimentary admin access for 30 days to allow limited access and reporting. There are no software or data recovery options.
