Who is ClockOn Standard designed for?

ClockOn Standard is designed for businesses that only require payroll, STP, award interpretation, time tracking and employee self-service. Businesses that also manage rostering, onboarding, HR or compliance are generally better suited to Pro.

How does per-employee pricing work?

Pricing is based on active employee licences. Casual, part-time and full-time employees are counted in the same way, and licences can be adjusted as your workforce changes.

Is there a minimum number of licences?

Yes. ClockOn Standard has a minimum of 5 employee licences.

Are volume discounts available?

Yes. Per-employee pricing reduces at higher licence volumes. ClockOn can provide a tailored quote based on your employee numbers and selected products.

Are add-ons available?

Yes. Optional products and services may include on-site clock-in tools, accounting integrations and additional support services. Core rostering, HR, onboarding and compliance functionality is included with ClockOn Pro.

Is implementation available?

Yes. ClockOn can assist with configuration, employee data preparation, payroll setup, testing and administrator training. The exact scope depends on your workforce and payroll complexity.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. ClockOn offers flexible subscription options without a traditional long-term lock-in contract.

What is Outsourced Payroll?

Outsourced Payroll is a managed service in which ClockOn’s Australian payroll team processes payroll on your behalf. It is billed per payslip, with a minimum monthly processing charge.

Can I move from Standard to Pro later?

Yes. Businesses can move to Pro when they need integrated rostering, onboarding, HR management or broader workforce-compliance capabilities.
